Nikolaos M. Solomon is a Clinical Dietician-Nutritionist, graduate of the department of Science of Dietology and Nutrition of the Harokopio University of Athens, Greece. He holds a graduate degree from the department of Applied Dietology-Nutrition with a specialization in Nutrition and Exercise. In the year 2005-2006 he was honored with an award for his excellence in performance in the graduate program. From 2004 up to 2006 he worked in the laboratory of Nutrition and Clinical Dietology of Harokopio University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Department of Pedagogy of Municipal Education of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. From 2005 and up to 2011 he was in charge of the dietology department of the Joe Weider chain of gyms in the regions of Argyroupolis, Ilioupolis, in the Arena Fitness Gym in the region of Piraeus, in the Scientific Centers of Fitness Vita Plus in the regions of Ambelokipi and Chalkida, and in the centers of health, beauty, and well-being Therme Spa in the region of Agios Stephanos. He is now an instructor of the department of Special Applications of Nutrition of I.E.K. Acme, of the I.E.K. of O.A.E.D., and an adjunct scientific advisor of the Medical Antiaging Center and Shape Health Club.
